Pune-Based InfraCloud Technologies Acquired by Improving

Pune: U.S.-based digital services company Improving LLC has announced the acquisition of InfraCloud Technologies, a prominent player in cloud-native solutions, Kubernetes consulting, and AI-driven infrastructure services headquartered in Pune, India.

The acquisition strengthens Improving’s global presence and positions the company to expand its operations into Asia, with projected annualized revenues expected to surpass $270 million. Founded with a focus on modernizing enterprise applications using open source and cloud-native technologies, InfraCloud Technologies brings a deep bench of engineering talent and a strong customer portfolio.

As part of the agreement, InfraCloud’s leadership team—including Co-Founders Girish Shilamkar (CEO) and Vishal Biyani (CTO)—will continue to lead operations while tapping into Improving’s extensive technology and service portfolio.

LegaLogic Consulting was the sole legal counsel for InfraCloud Technologies and advised on review, negotiation and finalisation of deal documentation and closing of the transaction.
