New Delhi: NLB Services, a global provider of digital talent and technology solutions, has announced the launch of BrandPipal, a full-service marketing and employer branding agency aimed at redefining brand storytelling through strategic, data-driven marketing.
With an ambitious target of 20X business growth and $25 million in revenue by FY2030, BrandPipal represents NLB’s expansion into the fast-evolving Martech ecosystem.
The firm is positioned to serve a wide range of clients—from Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and B2B enterprises to tech startups and D2C brands—across regions such as North America, LATAM, and India.
BrandPipal will function as an independent business unit under the leadership of Co-founder Ashima Kakar, who also serves as Head of Marketing at NLB Services.
Starting with a 75+ member team of seasoned marketing professionals, it is set to scale to over 500 specialists within the next five years.
The team will span strategic marketing, content creation, employer branding, online reputation management, and influencer-driven campaigns, all backed by Martech platforms and AI-powered insights.

The launch is strategically timed, given the rising demand for differentiated digital-first branding, especially with over 1,800 operational GCCs in India and 400 more expected in the coming years.
