The LinkedIn Top Startups India List 2025 reveals that AI, fintech, and quick commerce remain at the core of India’s dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Zepto, the quick-commerce unicorn, tops the list for the third consecutive year, followed by Lucidity at #2, known for its innovation in enterprise cloud storage, and Swish at #3, a Bengaluru-based 10-minute food delivery platform.

Despite their diverse sectors, these companies share common drivers – rapid scalability, technological depth, and operational precision – underscoring what it takes to succeed in India’s competitive startup market.

The list showcases the expansion of the “quick economy” with players like FirstClub (#13) and Snabbit (#14) redefining speed and convenience in groceries and home services.
Simultaneously, AI-native ventures such as Weekday (YC W21) (#4), Convin (#6), and LimeChat (#19) are revolutionising recruitment, customer experience, and conversational commerce through advanced automation.
Fintech continues to deepen its niche, with Jar (#5) in consumer gold savings, CARD91 (#18) in B2B payments, and Dezerv (#16) in wealth management, reflecting a shift towards specialised financial innovation.
Consumer lifestyle brands such as Blissclub (#12) and NEWME (#17) highlight the scalability of community-driven, data-backed business models across non-metro markets.

Bengaluru Leads, Regional Hubs Rise
Of the 20 companies featured in the LinkedIn Top Startups India List 2025, nine are headquartered in Bengaluru, reaffirming the city’s dominance as India’s startup capital. Delhi and Mumbai contribute two each, while emerging hubs like Pune and Hyderabad are making notable strides with EMotorad (#9) and Bhanzu (#7) gaining national prominence.
