Mumbai: IndoSpace, India’s leading supply chain infrastructure platform, has announced the launch of IndoSpace Chakan V, its most expansive industrial and logistics park to date.
Spread across 188 acres in the Chakan MIDC region of Pune and backed by a USD 120 million investment, the new development marks the company’s eighth industrial park in the Pune region, bringing its total regional footprint to 525 acres.
Strategically positioned along the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Pune-Nashik Highway, and the Bengaluru-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, IndoSpace Chakan V offers unparalleled connectivity to major consumption hubs and ports.

The park is purpose-built for modern industrial needs and features sustainability-first infrastructure, such as low-carbon construction materials, energy-efficient LED lighting, and smart park technology integrated with RFID systems.
