Mumbai: Hexaware Technologies (NSE: HEXT) has announced the acquisition of CyberSolve, a global leader in identity and access management (IAM) solutions.

The acquisition marks a significant step in Hexaware’s expansion of its AI-led cybersecurity and digital trust capabilities, empowering enterprises to modernize identity systems, automate governance controls, and secure hybrid operations across global technology ecosystems.

As enterprises worldwide prioritize cybersecurity, the need for trusted digital identity and governance frameworks has become critical.

With this acquisition, CyberSolve brings nearly a decade of experience in managing complex identity programs, backed by 230+ IAM specialists, over 20 technology alliances, and more than 650 implementations across industries such as retail, healthcare, pharma, automotive, BFSI, logistics, government, and technology.

CyberSolve Acquisition Expands Hexaware’s AI-Driven Cybersecurity Capabilities

CyberSolve’s deep domain expertise in application onboarding, platform migration, and audit-ready operations will now integrate with Hexaware’s consulting and engineering strengths, as well as its 24×7 cybersecurity and resilience operations covering GRC, cloud security, and DevSecOps.
