Pune/Mumbai: The Godrej Motor Solutions Business of Godrej Enterprises Group is on a strong growth trajectory, projecting ₹1,000 crore in revenue by FY2028, with 20% of its earnings expected from international markets.
With robust demand emerging from electric vehicles (EVs), HVAC systems, pumps, and actuator applications, the business is targeting ₹750 crore in revenue by FY2026.

To support this expansion, Godrej is investing ₹40 crore over the next three years in advanced manufacturing technologies, infrastructure upgrades, and research and development.
Godrej Motor Solutions Business has commissioned a new EV motor assembly line and is installing a high-precision lamination punching system from AIDA Japan, enabling it to meet rising demand for ultra-thin laminations essential in EVs, aerospace, and automation.

- 60% Market Share in hermetic motors for refrigeration and air-conditioning in India.
- Development of complete motor assemblies for off-road EVs, including exports to the US and future collaborations with a German automotive group.
- Strategic investment in Switched and Synchronous Reluctance Motor technologies to enhance efficiency while lowering reliance on rare earth magnets.
- A production capacity of over 6 million motors annually across more than 300+ customized SKUs.
- Operations aligned with sustainability goals, with certifications including IGBC Platinum, GreenCo Platinum Plus, and Zero Waste to Landfill. The facility is water-positive and recycles 80% of finished goods packaging.
Situated within a 36-acre manufacturing campus in Shindewadi, Pune, the Godrej Motor Solutions Business plant leverages a green supply chain, with most suppliers located within a 100-kilometer radius – bolstering regional economic development while ensuring production efficiency.
