This strategic acquisition strengthens DreamFolks Services’ international presence and advances its vision of building a seamless, globally connected mobility and airport services ecosystem.
By integrating ETT’s robust global distribution capabilities, the company aims to scale its offerings across international markets and enhance value for enterprise partners and customers worldwide.

DreamFolks Services Expands Global Airport Services Network
Easy to Travel operates one of the world’s most extensive airport ancillary service networks, covering 120 countries, more than 500 airports, and over 1,200 service touchpoints.
Its portfolio includes airport lounge access, fast-track services, meet and assist, buggy transfers, delay care solutions, and global eSIM services.
The platform distributes these services through deep partnerships with online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDSs), airlines, banks, fintech firms, travel agencies, and digital marketplaces.
The acquisition enables DreamFolks Services to leverage ETT’s strong global footprint and diversified distribution channels to expand its premium airport services inventory and reach a broader international customer base.
Travel-Tech Expertise with ETT Founders
As part of the acquisition, DreamFolks Services brings on board ETT co-founders Alexej Boiko and Oleksii Tkachenko. The founders are also the visionaries behind ETS International, a German travel-tech group with a 24-year legacy in delivering travel solutions to thousands of B2B partners across Europe and beyond.
Their leadership and long-standing industry expertise strengthen DreamFolks Services’ global capabilities, ensuring the company not only acquires a technology platform but also integrates over two decades of travel-tech knowledge and trusted industry relationships.
