Bengaluru: BambooBox, a Managed ABM Operating System for enterprise B2B teams, has announced that it has raised a total of $6.6 million in funding led by Peak XV Partners’ Surge, with participation from Emergent Ventures, Arc180, Uncorrelated, HAF, and leading angel investors.
The BambooBox funding will be used to accelerate global expansion and product innovation.
Based in Bengaluru, BambooBox is positioning itself as a pioneer in an emerging category—the Managed ABM Operating System. The development comes at a time when enterprise adoption of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) software is rising rapidly, but many organizations continue to face challenges in converting intent data and orchestration tools into measurable pipeline outcomes.
BambooBox aims to bridge this gap by combining AI-powered orchestration technology with forward-deployed ABM experts.

Led by Ankur Saigal, former CRO at Capillary Technologies, BambooBox is built on the belief that execution – not technology – is the primary bottleneck in ABM success.
The company integrates AI, strategy, and execution directly into enterprise revenue teams, enabling better alignment between signals and revenue outcomes.
“This fundraise marks an important milestone for us, but more importantly, it validates our belief that Account Based Marketing is a go-to-market philosophy, not just a tech stack,” said Ankur Saigal, Co-founder and CEO of BambooBox.
“Over the last few years, we’ve worked closely with enterprise teams to build and run ABM programs that deliver real outcomes across acquisition, cross-sell, and expansion.
With this capital, we will deepen our AI capabilities, scale our AI-Native ABM services globally, and help more enterprises unlock value from their existing GTM investments.”
Echoing this sentiment, Anupam Rastogi, Managing Partner at Emergent Ventures, said, “We believe the next phase of ABM will be driven by execution excellence, not just software.
BambooBox uniquely combines AI, proven playbooks, and forward-deployed ABM expertise to help enterprises unlock real value from their GTM investments. We are proud to back the team at this stage of their journey.”
The global ABM market has been largely dominated by software platforms and is projected to grow to nearly $70 billion, driven by enterprises adopting personalized, account-centric strategies.
BambooBox is differentiating itself by positioning not as another ABM tool, but as an operating layer that sits on top of existing go-to-market stacks, driving coordinated, account-level growth.
BambooBox currently serves enterprise customers across India and the United States, including Airtel Business, Rootstock Software, and LightMetrics.
The company is also investing in AI agents designed to automate research, personalization, and orchestration at scale, further strengthening its Managed ABM Operating System capabilities.
