Altimetrik Acquires SLK Software to Create USD 1 Billion AI-First Engineering Powerhouse

Bengaluru: In a landmark deal that marks a major consolidation in the AI and digital engineering space, Altimetrik announced it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire SLK Software, a global technology services provider renowned for its expertise in AI, intelligent automation, and analytics.

This strategic acquisition is poised to significantly strengthen Altimetrik’s platform-native, AI-first service capabilities while expanding its global client base and accelerating its trajectory toward achieving $1 billion in annual revenue.

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to conclude in the second half of 2025. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Post-acquisition, the combined organization will serve over 150 clients, including Fortune 500 companies, across Financial Services, Payments, Pharma, Technology, and Manufacturing sectors.

The joint workforce of 10,000+ professionals will deliver AI-native transformation solutions backed by a robust partnership ecosystem with OpenAI, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.

TPG Capital Asia, a key investor in Altimetrik, backed the acquisition and underscored the strategic importance of this combination.

The deal was facilitated by Avendus Capital as exclusive financial advisor to SLK Software and EY as exclusive advisor to Altimetrik and TPG.
