Friedrichshafen, Germany: ZF Friedrichshafen AG has completed the restructuring of its ZF Executive Board, marking a major milestone in the company’s ongoing transformation strategy.
The Supervisory Board has appointed Andreas Moser, currently Head of ZF’s Industrial Technology Division, as a new Member of the Board of Management responsible for the Commercial Vehicle Solutions and Industrial Technology Divisions, as well as the India Region, effective November 1, 2025.

Streamlined ZF Executive Board Structure and New Transformation Committee
The ZF Executive Board will now operate with five members instead of six, reflecting the company’s commitment to a leaner and more efficient management structure. This committee will lead the implementation of ZF’s group-wide performance program, ensuring alignment between operational efficiency and strategic growth initiatives.
