Mumbai: Raymond Lifestyle Ltd has announced the appointment of Satyaki Ghosh as its Chief Executive Officer, marking a key leadership move as the company advances its transformation strategy to strengthen the organisation for its next phase of growth.
With over 25 years of leadership experience across FMCG, textiles, retail, and consumer businesses, Satyaki Ghosh brings deep expertise across both B2B and B2C environments.
He joins Raymond Lifestyle from the Aditya Birla Group, where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer – Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries.
In this role, he led a large, manufacturing-intensive business with a strong focus on operational excellence, sustainability, and profitable growth.

Satyaki Ghosh: Extensive Leadership Experience Across Global Textile and Consumer Businesses
Prior to his most recent role, Satyaki Ghosh served as Chief Executive Officer – Domestic Textiles at the Aditya Birla Group and also led the Thai Acrylic Fibre business, overseeing multi-country operations and complex global manufacturing footprints.
Commenting on the appointment, Gautam Hari Singhania, Chairman, Raymond Group, said that Satyaki’s leadership comes at a critical inflection point for the Lifestyle business, which is poised for long-term growth amid rising domestic consumption and evolving global market opportunities.
He added that Satyaki’s onboarding is expected to bring renewed energy and momentum across the business and its stakeholders.
Earlier in his career, Satyaki Ghosh spent over seven years with L’Oréal India, where he held senior leadership positions, including Director – Consumer Products Division. During his tenure, he was responsible for several leading global brands such as L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, and Maybelline.

Raymond Lifestyle also recently onboarded E C Prasad, who will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer following approval at the ensuing Board Meeting.
