PROP Names Udayan Mane as President for 2025-27, Announces New Leadership Team

Pune: Udayan Mane has been elected President of the Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP) Welfare Association for the 2025–27 term, as the body announced a new leadership committee and a structured plan to advance professionalism and transparency across the Pune and PCMC real-estate markets.

PROP, affiliated with the National Association of Realtors – India (NAR–India), represents a diverse network of real-estate brokers in the region.

The new committee led by Udayan Mane includes key appointments across operational and strategic areas.

  • Treasurer: Murli Ramani

Vice Presidents:

  • Tanuj Nagrani (Builder Relations & Sponsorships)
  • Niraj Singh (Technology & Communications)

Directors appointed for various portfolios include:

  • Adv Mahesh Yadav (PROP Growth)
  • Dinesh Rathi (Training & Mentorship Circles)
  • Vikram Malik (Business Exchange & Cross Sale)
  • Sarang Madrewar (Sports & Cultural Functions)
  • Ravindra Yadav (Digital, PR & Media)
  • Preet Kohli (Events, Engagement & Networking).

The association also named Darshan Chawla as Immediate Past President, overseeing Builder Relationship & Mentorship; Kishen Milaney as Founder Chairman for the same vertical; and added Khalid Menon to the Advisory Board. Ravi Varma, Chairman Emeritus of NAR–India, will continue serving as Mentor.

PROP Strengthens Standards Under Udayan Mane

Under the leadership of Udayan Mane, PROP has outlined a series of initiatives to elevate transparency, accountability, and consumer confidence in the real-estate sector. These include:

  • Advanced training modules for real-estate professionals
  • A verified directory of certified and RERA-compliant members
  • Awareness programs for homebuyers and sellers

Structured coordination with developers, legal experts, and regulatory bodies

All PROP members are registered with RERA, have cleared the RERA examination, and are affiliated with NAR–India. The organisation highlighted its multicity real-estate capabilities, supported by continuous national and international training to align with global best practices.

PROP reaffirmed its bilateral affiliations with Naredco and Credai, which enhance its access to policy discussions and industry collaborations.

The association also operates the Indian Institute of Real Estate (IIRE), delivering specialised training and capacity-building programmes for brokers. A structured grievance-redressal mechanism ensures timely and accountable resolution of consumer complaints.

Udayan Mane Highlights Professionalism and Trust

Speaking on the vision for the new term, Udayan Mane emphasised the importance of transparent transactions and skilled real-estate advisors. He stated that improving professionalism and strengthening trust between practitioners and homebuyers would remain key priorities.

The association added that it aims to foster collaborative growth and contribute to a more organised and transparent real-estate ecosystem across the Pune metropolitan region.
