Chennai: Polymatech Electronics, India’s pioneering semiconductor and RF systems company, has appointed Allen Nejah as Chief Innovation Officer and Head of New Product Development.
This key appointment marks a significant step in Polymatech’s global innovation roadmap, enhancing its capability to deliver AI-integrated, sustainable semiconductor solutions for critical industries including healthcare, robotics, and next-generation mobility.
With over 35 years of cross-domain engineering experience, Allen Nejah brings deep expertise in AI-powered systems, consumer electronics, automotive tech, and IoT ecosystems.

Allen Nejah: Expert in AI-Powered Systems
As the founder of SunMan Engineering, a Silicon Valley-based product development firm, Allen Nejah has overseen more than 1,600 system-level projects, with technologies widely adopted by global giants like Apple, Tesla, Samsung, Adobe, and Google.

Driving Next-Gen Product Development
In his new role, Allen Nejah will lead Polymatech’s global R&D strategy, guiding product innovation from design to market. He will oversee the development of advanced RF systems, AI-integrated chips, and sustainable semiconductor solutions across Polymatech’s multi-country manufacturing facilities in India, the United States, and Bahrain.

Nejah is widely recognized for groundbreaking innovations such as the world’s first connected car platform launched at CES 2007, and for spearheading global 4G WiMax demonstrations in partnership with Intel, Verizon, and Vodafone through his firm Telemetria Inc.
A Visionary in Global Engineering
An accomplished inventor, entrepreneur, and mentor, Nejah has founded multiple tech ventures, including LightSpeed LLC, InfiniGear Robotics, and Telemetria Inc. He also serves as a volunteer professor at San Jose State University, guiding the next generation of engineers in product development and innovation methodologies.
