Hyderabad: Cyient Limited has announced key leadership transitions aimed at strengthening its growth strategy and operational excellence agenda.

Effective April 1, 2026, Prabhakar Atla will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), while Shrinivas Kulkarni has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

The appointment of Prabhakar Atla marks a significant step in Cyient’s efforts to accelerate organizational evolution and drive long-term business growth.

The leadership changes are aligned with Cyient’s continued shift toward a performance-driven operating model and its broader strategy under the company’s “Embracing Intelligence” approach.

Currently serving as CFO, Prabhakar Atla will move into the Chief Operating Officer position after more than two decades of leadership at Cyient.

During his tenure, Prabhakar Atla has played a critical role in shaping the company’s strategic direction and strengthening business resilience.

In his new role, Prabhakar Atla will focus on scaling next-generation delivery models, building future-ready talent, and enhancing client experience through effective operating frameworks.

As COO, Prabhakar Atla will also work toward improving execution agility and expanding operational scalability while ensuring customer-centric delivery across the company’s global operations.

The move positions Prabhakar Atla to drive greater alignment between business strategy and operational execution as Cyient enters its next phase of growth.

Meanwhile, Shrinivas Kulkarni, who most recently served as CFO of Cyient DLM, will take over as Chief Financial Officer of Cyient Limited.

Over the past decade, Shrinivas Kulkarni has led several financial transformation initiatives within the Cyient group, focusing on financial discipline, operational efficiency, improved cash conversion, and margin expansion.

In his new role as CFO, Shrinivas Kulkarni will oversee Cyient’s global financial strategy, manage investor relations, and lead business finance functions to support the company’s competitiveness and long-term profitability.
