The Road to School (RTS) program enhances foundational education in underserved regions, while Road to Livelihood (RTL) bridges the gap between learning and employability through hands-on skilling, workforce readiness, and career exposure. The Haryana Development Impact Bond and other initiatives complement this mission by improving school-to-work transitions.

Through its long-term, grassroots-focused efforts, Hinduja Foundation is nurturing a generation of digitally literate, socially responsible, and economically empowered individuals who will contribute to a self-reliant and globally competitive India.
