Bengaluru: In a significant strategic move, Wipro Limited has announced a multi-year partnership to modernize Odido Netherlands B.V.’s IT landscape and enhance customer experience across both enterprise and consumer segments. (Wipro Odido Partnership)

The collaboration brings together Wipro’s AI-driven capabilities, consulting expertise, and design-led approach to drive technology transformation at scale.

Wipro Odido Partnership Aims to Transform IT Ecosystem

Under the Wipro Odido Partnership, Wipro will combine AI-powered delivery with deep domain consulting to help Odido elevate customer engagement, increase productivity, streamline operations, and reduce costs.

The engagement will operate on a self-funded transformation model, enabling Odido to reinvest productivity-led savings into new digital initiatives for sustained innovation.

As part of the agreement, Wipro will lead an extensive modernization of Odido’s digital and enterprise technology infrastructure. The transformation will be driven by Wipro’s WEGA and WINGS AI platforms, integrated within Wipro Intelligence™, the company’s unified suite of AI-powered solutions.

These capabilities will support Odido in developing a scalable ecosystem of agent-driven services, improving service reliability, IT operations, and incident resolution.

Conversational AI and Design-led Approach Strengthen the Wipro Odido Partnership

The Wipro Odido Partnership also includes the deployment of Wipro’s conversational AI chat solution to enhance multilingual, contextualized, and self-service responsiveness across Odido’s tech ecosystem.

Additionally, Wipro’s experience-led studio model, powered by Designit, will play a central role in the collaboration. By unifying design, development, and engineering teams, the model ensures business and user needs are seamlessly integrated into product development cycles. This approach will accelerate Odido’s time-to-market while consistently delivering high-quality digital experiences.

Odido’s Chief IT Officer, Robert Purdy, emphasized that the company’s human-centric philosophy aligns with Wipro’s design-driven strategy.

Graziella Neuvéglise, Managing Director for Western Europe at Wipro, noted that the engagement underscores Wipro’s ability to deliver strategic, AI-powered modernization that aligns technology with business goals.
