Mumbai: WebEngage, a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Automation company, has announced its strategic partnership with Pathkind Labs, a diagnostic and healthcare service provider.
The collaboration aims to enhance patient engagement and optimize user journeys through unified, data-driven personalization across Pathkind’s digital ecosystem.

The partnership with WebEngage addresses these gaps by creating a unified patient engagement framework that integrates data from all digital touchpoints.
Through this integration, Pathkind has transformed previously disconnected systems into a cohesive ecosystem. Key funnel events are mapped to track user journeys, identify drop-offs, and trigger re-engagement through automated journeys such as the “Maximum Attempt Journey.”
This initiative has improved lead recovery, strengthened patient engagement, and laid the groundwork for scalable full-funnel personalization.
WebEngage enables intelligent automation and real-time engagement
Building on this success, Pathkind Labs plans to launch advanced Onsite and In-App Notification Frameworks powered by WebEngage. These will leverage behavioral and transactional insights to engage specific patient segments in real time, driving contextual and meaningful interactions across platforms.
