Bengaluru: Swiggy, India’s leading on-demand convenience platform, has launched the ‘Mom’entum 2.0 initiative (Swiggy Momentum Policy), a progressive, multi-year maternity program aimed at supporting women throughout their motherhood journey.

The policy strengthens Swiggy’s gender-inclusive framework by ensuring job security, work flexibility, mental health support, and career continuity during one of the most transformative phases in a woman’s life.
