Pune: Suzlon Group has secured its third consecutive wind energy project order from AMPIN Energy Transition, reaffirming the strategic alliance between two Make in India leaders committed to decarbonizing India’s power infrastructure.
The 170.1 MW wind power project will be developed in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.

This partnership plays a vital role in enabling the decarbonization of India’s distribution companies (DISCOMs) by delivering affordable, domestically manufactured, and scalable clean energy solutions.
The project aligns with AMPIN’s ambitious goal to build a 25 GW renewable energy portfolio by 2030.
As part of the agreement, Suzlon will supply and install 54 of its technologically advanced S144 wind turbine generators (WTGs) with Hybrid Lattice Towers, each rated at 3.15 MW.
The project includes end-to-end execution – right from supply and commissioning to long-term operations and maintenance.
