Themed “A Rhythm of Body and Mind for Holistic Wellbeing,” the session aimed at deepening mindfulness and unity through traditional Indian practices.

Participants performed 9 rounds of Surya Namaskar while observing complete silence and chanting ‘ॐ’ in unison – a powerful spiritual exercise that promoted inner peace and collective energy. The effort was officially observed and certified by multiple national and international record-keeping bodies.

The day began with a live broadcast of Savitribai Phule Pune University’s Bhakti Yog session under the theme “One Earth, One Health.” A soulful musical invocation set the tone for the event, followed by a Surya Namaskar competition honoring five outstanding students and staff members with trophies, certificates, and cash prizes.
