Augmont Enterprises Eyes ₹800 Crore Issue

Augmont Enterprises Limited, an integrated gold and silver platform serving both businesses and consumers across 24 Indian states, has filed its DRHP with SEBI. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹620 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of ₹180 crore, aggregating to a total of ₹800 crore.
The company plans to utilize the net proceeds for working capital needs, including inventory procurement and margin requirements amounting to ₹465 crore, as well as for general corporate purposes.

Learnfluence Education Joins Surge in IPO Filings with ₹246 Crore Issue

Learnfluence Education Limited, a multi-modal education provider operating from 15 campuses across eight cities, has also joined the surge in IPO filings. Its IPO includes a fresh issue of ₹246 crore and an OFS of 40,00,000 equity shares by promoter Orwel Lionel. The proceeds will fund new campus setups, marketing initiatives, loan repayment, lease payments, and general corporate purposes.

Vishvaraj Environment Files ₹2,250 Crore IPO Amid Surge in IPO Filings

Vishvaraj Environment Limited (VEL), a leader in wastewater recycling and water utility management, has filed its DRHP with SEBI. The IPO comprises a ₹1,250 crore fresh issue and a ₹1,000 crore OFS by Premier Financial Services Limited. VEL may also consider a pre-IPO placement of ₹250 crore, which will reduce the fresh issue size accordingly.

Commtel Networks Announces ₹900 Crore Issue in Line with Surge in IPO Filings

Commtel Networks Limited, which designs and builds integrated telecommunication, safety, and security systems for critical national infrastructure (CNI), has submitted its DRHP to SEBI. The IPO includes a ₹150 crore fresh issue and a ₹750 crore OFS, aggregating to ₹900 crore.
With operations across 19 countries and over 600 completed projects, Commtel serves 400+ global clients in oil, gas, and power sectors.

Jerai Fitness Files DRHP Amid Surge in IPO Filings

Jerai Fitness Limited, one of India’s oldest fitness equipment manufacturers with more than 30 years of expertise, has filed its DRHP for an IPO with SEBI.

The offer comprises an OFS of up to 43,92,500 equity shares of ₹10 each by promoters Rajesh Ramsukh Rai, Rinku Rajesh Rai, and Rajesh Ramsukh Rai HUF.
