Mumbai: Sillverton Industries, a leading manufacturer of eco-friendly specialty paper, has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), marking a key step towards its initial public offering (IPO).
The IPO will consist of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to ₹300 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of up to 32.2 million equity shares by existing shareholders.

Headquartered in India, Sillverton Industries specializes in a broad portfolio of paper-based products, including writing and printing paper, kraft paper, cupstock paper, and other specialized grades.
These products serve multiple industries such as education, retail, FMCG, packaging, quick-service restaurants, pharmaceuticals, and corporate stationery.
Sillverton Industries: Net Proceeds to Fund Capacity Enhancement Projects
The company plans to use the net proceeds from the IPO to fund a series of sustainability and capacity enhancement projects.
This includes a capital expenditure of ₹177.5 crore for the installation of a 14MW waste-to-energy captive power plant and a Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) plant at its existing manufacturing facility.
Additionally, ₹34.6 crore will go towards expanding its rewinder and sheeter capacity, along with constructing in-house warehouses.
Approximately ₹72 crore will be allocated for partial or full repayment of outstanding borrowings, with the remaining funds reserved for general corporate purposes.

Sillverton Industries intends to list its equity shares on both BSE and NSE. Pantomath Capital Advisors Private Limited is acting as the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) for the issue.
