SBI Junior Associates Recruitment 2025: 13,455 Candidates Selected Nationwide

Mumbai: The State Bank of India (SBI) has announced the appointment of 13,455 Junior Associates as part of its strategic effort to enhance customer service and operational efficiency at branches across India. The final selection list has been released on SBI’s official careers website.

This recruitment drive – spanning 35 states and union territories – represents one of the most extensive hiring initiatives in India’s banking sector this year.

The SBI Junior Associates were selected through a rigorous multi-phase process that included Preliminary Examinations in February-March 2025 and Main Examinations in April 2025, ensuring transparency and merit-based selection.

“Our total recruitment this year is around 18,000, of which 13,500 are Junior Associates, and the rest include Probationary Officers and Local Officers,” said CS Setty, Chairman, State Bank of India.

“We are committed to strengthening our human resources through structured upskilling programs aligned with evolving customer expectations and digital transformation.”
