Pune: CREDAI Pune has announced the 24th edition of its flagship annual real estate exhibition, the Pune Property Expo 2026, scheduled to be held from January 16 to 18, 2026, at the Agriculture College Ground, Pune.
Recognised as one of the largest real estate platforms in the region, the Pune Property Expo 2026 will bring together more than 85 trusted developers and showcase over 400 RERA-registered projects across Pune, PCMC, and PMRDA regions.
The Pune Property Expo 2026 aims to provide homebuyers and investors with a comprehensive, single-window platform to explore a wide spectrum of real estate offerings.
These include affordable and luxury residential homes, co-living and senior living formats, NA plots, premium villas, and Grade A commercial properties located in key growth corridors of the Pune metropolitan region.

Pune Property Expo 2026 Highlights Pune’s Real Estate Evolution
Themed “Poona to Pune,” the Pune Property Expo 2026 will highlight the city’s journey from its cultural roots to a modern, future-ready urban landscape.
The exhibition will showcase projects shaping Pune’s evolving skyline and sustainable development trajectory. Visitors can also participate in engaging on-ground activities, including a symbolic human chain initiative aligned with the theme.
The Pune Property Expo 2026 will be inaugurated on January 16, 2026, at 10:30 AM by Dr Abhay Firodia, Chairman, Force Motors Limited. Dr Anand Deshpande, Founder, Chairman & Managing Director, Persistent Systems, will attend as the Guest of Honour.
The event will feature several visitor-centric highlights such as on-the-spot property deals, home loan assistance from leading financial institutions, lucky draws, and gifts.
Ahead of the main exhibition, India’s largest networking event for developers and channel partners will be held on January 15, 2026.
The conclave is expected to bring together nearly 1,000 channel partners and developers and will include knowledge-sharing sessions by leading social media influencers, AI-focused discussions on sales strategies, and insights from senior developers on prevailing market trends.
Commenting on the announcement, Manish Jain, President, CREDAI Pune, said the Pune Property Expo 2026 reflects CREDAI Pune’s continued focus on credibility, transparency, and responsible growth.
He noted that the exhibition exclusively features CREDAI member developers with RERA-registered projects, offering homebuyers and investors direct access to verified information and on-ground insights.
He added that following a footfall of over 18,000 visitors in the previous edition, the 2026 expo is expected to witness even stronger participation, with Pune continuing to rank among India’s top property investment destinations.
