Pune: CREDAI Pune today inaugurated the landmark Pune Property Expo 2026 at the Agriculture College Ground, reaffirming its stature as Pune’s largest and most trusted real estate exhibition.
The 24th edition of the expo was inaugurated by Chief Guest Dr Ganesh Natarajan, Chairman of 5F World, GTT Data and Honeywell Automation India, and former CEO of Zensar Technologies.
The Pune Property Expo 2026 brings together over 80 reputed CREDAI-member developers, showcasing more than 400 MahaRERA-registered projects across Pune, PCMC and the wider PMRDA region.
Homebuyers can explore a diverse portfolio ranging from affordable housing and luxury apartments to senior living, co-living spaces, NA plots, premium villas and Grade A commercial developments, all under one roof.
Pune Property Expo 2026 Brings Developers, Buyers and Channel Partners Together
The inaugural ceremony was attended by CREDAI Pune President Manish Jain, Vice Presidents Arvind Jain, JP Shroff and Nitin Nyati, along with Ravindra D. Hitnalli, Convenor Punit Oswal, senior developers, industry stakeholders and channel partners.
The event marks a significant milestone in Pune’s real estate calendar, serving as a credible and transparent platform that connects developers, financial institutions, channel partners and prospective homebuyers.
Ahead of the public inauguration, CREDAI Pune successfully hosted D2C 3.0, India’s largest developer–channel partner networking conclave.
The initiative witnessed participation from over 1,000 channel partners and featured knowledge sessions by leading influencers, AI-driven sales insights and market trend discussions led by senior developers.

The strong turnout highlighted robust market confidence and set the tone for the three-day Pune Property Expo 2026.
Speaking on the occasion, Manish Jain, President, CREDAI Pune, said the expo represents a truly comprehensive real estate experience, highlighting seamless registration, world-class infrastructure and wide developer participation.
He noted that the exhibition offers visitors a one-stop destination to explore a diverse range of credible projects from MahaRERA-registered and CREDAI-member developers, ensuring transparency, integrity and trust.
He added that the strong footfall witnessed in previous editions is expected to be surpassed this year, given the scale and diversity of offerings at the expo.
