Spread across 3.5 acres, the plant features Denimotech mills, fully automated production lines, and an in-house R&D center, with an installed processing capacity of over 28,000 metric tonnes (MT) per month. It will produce next-gen bitumen products including:
- Polymer-modified bitumen
- Microsurfacing-grade emulsions
- Hard binders
These solutions are engineered to extend pavement life, reduce maintenance frequency, and minimize carbon emissions, especially crucial as India strengthens its road network – the second largest in the world.
Rahul Garg, Founder & CEO of Moglix, said: “Our roads are the veins of Viksit Bharat. DRG Industries is a step toward building roads that are stronger, longer-lasting, and environmentally responsible.”
Moglix Bitumen Facility: Sustainable, Smart Infrastructure
The Moglix Bitumen Facility features biomass-fueled, carbon-neutral boilers equipped with scrubbers and filter bags to ensure cleaner heating processes.
These innovations are aligned with Moglix’s broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals, making the plant a benchmark in green industrial infrastructure.
