Chennai: KSH INFRA, a leading developer of sustainable Grade A Industrial and Logistics infrastructure in India, has announced a ₹550 crore investment for its second mega park in Tamil Nadu.
Located in the rapidly expanding Sriperumbudur-Oragadam belt, the upcoming park will span 60 acres and offer 1.6 million sq. ft. of development potential, generating over 1,500 job opportunities in the region.
Situated just ~600 meters from a major district road and close to the under-construction Chennai–Bangalore Expressway (NE7), the site ensures superior connectivity to key ports, industrial hubs, and consumption centers.

This positions the park to serve as a critical enabler for industries such as automotive, electronics, and advanced engineering.
The Sriperumbudur-Oragadam corridor is already home to industrial giants including Hyundai, Foxconn, Dell, Michelin, JK Tyre, and others, making it a high-demand location within the Chennai–Bangalore Industrial Corridor (CBIC).
The region’s importance is further amplified by major infrastructure projects like the Peripheral Ring Road, Greenfield Airport at Parandur, and the Multi-Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Mappedu.
Speaking on the expansion, Rohit Hegde, Managing Director, KSH INFRA, said: “With our new park in the Sriperumbudur region, KSH INFRA continues its mission to develop high-quality, future-ready industrial and logistics infrastructure across India’s fastest-growing corridors. This marks a critical milestone in our journey to cross 10 million sq. ft. of operational space in the next 2–3 years. We’re committed to enabling India’s ‘Make in India’ vision by supporting manufacturing growth, employment creation, and regional development.”
