Justdial Q1 FY26 Results: Revenue at INR 297.9 Cr, Net Profit Up 13 Per Cent YoY

Mumbai: Local search platform Justdial has reported a robust Q1 FY26 performance, delivering strong year-on-year growth across revenue, operating EBITDA, and net profit.

The company posted:

  • Revenue: ₹297.9 crore (up 6.2% YoY)
  • Operating EBITDA: ₹86.4 crore (up 7.2% YoY)
  • Net Profit: ₹159.6 crore (up 13.0% YoY)

This performance was underpinned by consistent user engagement and expanding business listings, with the platform recording 193.2 million unique visitors and reaching 49.7 million business listings as of June 30, 2025.

“We are evolving from a horizontal discovery platform to one that’s deeply verticalized and intent-driven,” said Shwetank Dixit, Chief Growth Officer, Justdial. “By integrating AI into user intent recognition, lead scoring, and content curation, we’re driving better matchmaking, higher conversions, and scalable revenue growth.”

Strategic Focus Areas: AI, Verticals, and Regional Expansion

Justdial’s Q1 success was bolstered by AI-driven innovations that improved lead qualification and sales productivity.

Enhanced AI integration across the platform allowed for:

  • Improved lead intent analysis and scoring
  • Richer, personalized content experiences
  • Optimized ad targeting and higher-quality enquiries for merchants

Key service verticals like medical, astrology, and home services were a focus area in Q1, with Justdial rolling out advanced booking functionalities to enable seamless user transactions on the platform.

Additionally, the company is actively strengthening its Tier 2 and Tier 3 city presence, aiming to unlock new revenue opportunities by enhancing user experiences and offering localized service options across India’s growing digital economy.
