Mumbai: iValue Infosolutions Limited has announced the launch of its Initial Public Offering (iValue Infosolutions IPO), which will open for subscription on Thursday, September 18, 2025, and close on Monday, September 22, 2025.
The Anchor Investor bidding will take place a day earlier, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025.
iValue Infosolutions IPO: Price Band and Lot Size
The company has fixed the price band for the iValue Infosolutions IPO between ₹284 and ₹299 per equity share, each having a face value of ₹2.
Investors can place bids for a minimum of 50 equity shares and in multiples of 50 thereafter.

Offer for Sale Structure
The iValue Infosolutions IPO comprises an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 18,738,958 equity shares by the selling shareholders. This includes equity shares offered by:
- Promoter Selling Shareholders: Sunil Kumar Pillai (up to 762,115 shares), Krishna Raj Sharma (up to 1,164,645 shares), and Srinivasan Sriram (up to 921,048 shares).
- Promoter Group Selling Shareholder: Hilda Sunil Pillai (up to 1,000,246 shares).
- Investor Selling Shareholder: Sundara (Mauritius) Limited (up to 11,012,539 shares).
- Individual Selling Shareholders: Including Venkatesh R (up to 632,196 shares), Subodh Anchan (up to 592,726 shares), Roy Abraham Yohannan (up to 477,949 shares), Brijesh Shrivastava (up to 457,149 shares), L Nagabushana Reddy (up to 449,915 shares), Ran Vijay Pratap Singh (up to 449,916 shares), Ravindra Kumar Sankhla (up to 377,099 shares), and Venkata Naga Swaroop Muvvala (up to 441,415 shares).
Allocation Structure for iValue Infosolutions IPO
The IPO will be carried out through the Book Building Process as per SEBI ICDR Regulations. The allocation will be as follows:
- Not more than 50% to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), with up to 60% of this reserved for Anchor Investors. One-third of the Anchor Investor portion will be set aside for domestic mutual funds.
- Not less than 15% will be allocated to Non-Institutional Bidders.
- Not less than 35% will be available for Retail Individual Bidders.

Non-Institutional Bidders will have two sub-categories—those applying for bids between ₹0.20 million and ₹1 million (one-third portion), and those above ₹1 million (two-thirds portion).
ASBA Process and Listing Details
All bidders, except Anchor Investors, must participate through the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) mechanism. Retail bidders applying through UPI must provide valid UPI IDs for payment blocking.
The equity shares of iValue Infosolutions are proposed to be listed on both BSE and NSE.
IIFL Capital Services Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited are acting as the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) to the issue.
