Pune: The International School of Business & Media (ISB&M), Pune, successfully organized HR Share 2025, its grand two-day flagship HR event, led by the student-run HR Club under the mentorship of Founder-President Dr Pramod Kumar and faculty coordinator Prof Raju Dhar.

Centered around the theme “Navigating the Future of Work: The Struggle for Space between Technology and People,” HR Share 2025 brought together senior HR leaders, academicians, and professionals to explore how technology and human intelligence can coexist and drive organizational growth in the era of AI.

The event witnessed a vibrant turnout of more than 500 participants, including over 100 delegates and representatives from 50+ companies across India.

The Corporate Dinner, held on November 7 in Pune, served as a key networking platform for HR leaders and students, fostering dialogue on emerging workplace trends.

The Chief Guest, Rahul Kulkarni, CHRO at Siemens Healthineers, emphasized the collaborative future of humans and technology, stating, “It’s not technology versus people – it’s technology with people.”

The Guest of Honour, Shrikant Pawar, Business HR Head at Adani Realty, echoed the sentiment, highlighting the exciting phase where both coexist and evolve together.

Keynote speakers Vinod Razdan (Sr. VP & CHRO, Gabriel India) and Samik Basu (CHRO, Aditya Birla Group – Hindalco) shared thought-provoking insights on leadership agility, workforce transformation, and human connection in a digitally enabled world.
