Gurugram: Insurtech company InsuranceDekho has announced its first-ever InsuranceDekho ESOP liquidity program worth $2 million.
The initiative underscores the company’s focus on fostering employee ownership, wealth creation, and long-term value alignment.
Launched within just two years of introducing its ESOP policy, the InsuranceDekho ESOP program enabled all eligible employees with vested options to partially liquidate their holdings through a secondary sale.
This milestone allowed around 150 current and former employees to realize significant financial gains while maintaining a stake in the company’s future growth.
