Noida: Telco Solutions is set to become a key pillar of HCLTech’s telecom strategy as the global technology company has signed an agreement to acquire the Telco Solutions business from Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE).
The acquisition reinforces HCLTech’s market position in the telecom sector by deepening its engineering, AI-driven, and cloud-native network offerings for global Communication Service Providers (CSPs).
The transaction builds on HCLTech’s earlier acquisition of select assets from HPE’s Communications Technology Group (CTG) in 2024.
Through this agreement, HCLTech will gain access to industry-leading intellectual property, advanced product engineering capabilities, and a strong R&D talent pool, along with long-standing client relationships with leading global CSPs.
