Pune: GH Raisoni College of Engineering and Management (GHRCEM), Pune, has been awarded Tier-I accreditation for its Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering (E&TC) Department by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) for a duration of three years, marking a significant achievement in its pursuit of academic and technical excellence.
The NBA, one of India’s foremost accrediting agencies for engineering and management programs, recognized GH Raisoni College for consistently maintaining high standards in teaching, research, infrastructure, faculty competence, and student outcomes.

The accreditation underscores the institute’s strong focus on quality education, continuous improvement, and global relevance.
“An expert panel from the NBA conducted an extensive evaluation of our E&TC department between April 24 and 27, 2025,” said Dr R D Kharadkar, Campus Director, GHRCEM.
“This recognition validates our academic integrity and will significantly enhance the credibility of our program while expanding opportunities for students in terms of placements and industry engagement.”
The rigorous three-day assessment examined key components such as curriculum design, lab infrastructure, research output, teaching methodologies, industry interface, and administrative processes. Upon completion, the NBA granted the E&TC department its prestigious seal of quality assurance.
