Pune: Force Motors Limited, India’s largest van manufacturer and a leading mobility solutions provider, announced record-breaking financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2025 (Force Motors Q2FY26).
The company reported its highest-ever performance in both Q2FY26 and H1FY26, achieving unprecedented EBITDA and profit margins.
Force Motors Q2FY26: Record Revenue, Profit, and Zero Debt
Force Motors Q2FY26 performance shows the company posted a total income of ₹2,106 crore, marking an 8% year-on-year (YoY) increase.
EBITDA grew 33% YoY to ₹387 crore, while Profit Before Tax (PBT) rose 46% YoY to ₹316 crore. Profit After Tax (PAT) surged 148% YoY to ₹350 crore, driven partly by the adoption of the new tax regime. The company continued to maintain a zero-debt position during Force Motors Q2FY26.

For the first half of FY2025–26, Force Motors reported total income of ₹4,428 crore, up 15% YoY, with EBITDA of ₹744 crore (up 34%) and PAT of ₹535 crore (up 105%). The automaker recorded a three-year CAGR exceeding 35%, reflecting strong operational and financial momentum.
Force Motors Q2FY26: Robust Sales, Export Growth, and Market Leadership
Operationally, Force Motors registered a 16% increase in domestic volumes during H1FY26, supported by strong demand across its Urbania, Traveller, Gurkha (defence variants), Monobus, and Trax models.
Exports grew 77% compared to the same period last year, led by its Light Commercial Vehicles and Special Vehicles Division. The company reaffirmed its leadership in the Traveller platform with a market share above 70%.
