Road Safety Awareness Campaign

Pune: EMotorad partnered with the Youth Talent Development Society (YTDS) to launch a Road Safety Awareness Campaign in Pune as part of National Road Safety Month.

The initiative, conducted from February 2 to February 6, 2026, was aimed to promote responsible road behavior and encourage adherence to traffic rules among commuters across the city.

The Road Safety Awareness Campaign was implemented across 10 major traffic intersections in Pune with the participation of 10 colleges, more than 100 volunteers, and Traffic Police personnel.

The initiative was supported officially by the Traffic Police Department, Pune, ensuring coordinated on-ground engagement at key traffic locations.

Road Safety Awareness Campaign Engages Youth and Authorities Across Pune

The initiative aligns with EMotorad’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) focus areas, including public safety, youth engagement, and community well-being.

By encouraging youth participation, the campaign seeks to build leadership among students and reinforce safe commuting practices among citizens.

Ameet Bhinganiya, President, Youth Talent Development Society said, “Civic sense is reflected in everyday choices – following traffic rules, respecting others on the road, and valuing human life.

Through this road safety awareness campaign, Youth Talent Development Society aims to encourage young citizens to see road safety as a shared civic responsibility, because safer roads are a reflection of a more conscious and disciplined society.”
