Pune: Renowned author and philanthropist Dr Sanjay Runwal, Founder of the Sanjay Runwal Foundation, unveiled his third book titled ‘Thoughtful Reflections for a Meaningful Life’ at a launch event held at the MES Auditorium in Kothrud, Pune.
The book serves as a practical guide to self-reflection, emotional well-being, and personal transformation, offering 401 insightful thoughts inspired by the author’s own life experiences.

The event featured Asha Seth, award-winning book blogger and founder of MBT.com, as Chief Guest, and Wing Commander Vidya Kant Kala (Retd), Managing Director of My Crack – The Wellness Code Foundation, as Guest of Honour. The launch was attended by Dr Sanjay Runwal and Pratibha Runwal.
