Pune: CDK India, a leading provider of automotive retail software, hosted the Pune edition of Convergence 2025, an immersive evening that brought together employees, their families, and leadership in a celebration of community, creativity, and connection.

The event embodied CDK India’s people-first ethos, with a vibrant lineup of live music, dance performances, and employee-led showcases, highlighting the spirit of togetherness that defines the organization’s culture.

The evening offered a unique platform to move beyond work roles and engage on a personal level, with families interacting, children dancing, and colleagues connecting outside of virtual meetings.

Welcoming attendees, Sandeep Kumar Jain, Managing Director of CDK India, shared a heartfelt message about redefining family beyond titles and roles:
