Pune: Workspace solutions provider Awfis has officially launched its first Awfis Gold Centre in Pune at Eleven West by Panchshil, situated on Baner Pancard Club Road.
This new premium centre marks a significant addition to the company’s Pune portfolio, bringing its presence in the city to 29 centres.
The centre covers 28,103 sq. ft. of built-up area in a straight lease deal, further expanding Awfis’ nationwide reach of over 200 centres with 140,000+ seats across 18 cities as of June 2025.

Awfis’ Expansion Momentum
Awfis’ rapid expansion is powered by growing demand for flexible office spaces from enterprises, startups, GCCs, and entrepreneurs.
Between June 2024 and June 2025, the company added 47 new centres, ~2.2 million sq. ft. of workspace, and 43,452 seats – marking a 39% year-on-year growth in seating capacity. Operational seats increased by 40% during this period, showcasing the strength of its expansion strategy.
