Mumbai: Jyoti Global Plast has announced the launch of AeroClean, an innovative line of industrial cleaning drones designed to revolutionize large-scale maintenance and cleaning operations.

The company has also secured a ₹50 lakh order for its solar panel cleaning drones from a leading EPC player, marking a significant step forward for its unmanned aerial systems business.

AeroClean Drone Brings Automation to Industrial Cleaning

Developed under the Make in India initiative, the AeroClean platform integrates automation, precision, and sustainability into industrial cleaning – a field traditionally dependent on manual labour and safety-critical operations.

Built as a rugged multirotor UAV, each AeroClean drone delivers a 200 bar cleaning pressure, carries 10 kilograms of water or cleaning fluid, and covers 200–250 sq. ft. per battery cycle.

These specifications enable cleaning operations up to five times faster than conventional methods while minimizing water use and reducing human exposure to high-risk environments.

Commercial Deployment in Solar Panel Maintenance

The first commercial order for AeroClean will be deployed in large-scale solar panel cleaning operations across renewable energy installations.

With a 20–30 minute flight time and quick-swappable battery system, the drones ensure seamless, uninterrupted cleaning cycles. Advanced features like GPS lock, collision detection, and a fail-safe return-to-home mechanism ensure operational reliability, even in winds up to 25 km/h.

“With AeroClean, we’re introducing not just a new product but a smarter and safer way of maintaining infrastructure,” said Hiren Shah, Managing Director, Jyoti Global Plast.

“Our aim is to replace risk with precision, downtime with productivity, and manual labour with intelligent automation. AeroClean represents our commitment to sustainable and future-ready industrial practices.”
