Pune: VinFast, the Vietnamese EV major and subsidiary of Vingroup JSC, has brought its premium VinFast Electric SUV models – the VF 7 and VF 6 – to Pune for the very first time, as part of a broader showcase tour across key Indian cities.
The vehicles are on display at Phoenix Mall, Viman Nagar over the weekend of July 5–6, offering Pune’s growing EV community a first-hand experience of VinFast’s cutting-edge mobility solutions.

The Pune showcase is part of a nationwide initiative by VinFast to present its advanced electric SUVs in high-footfall malls across 11 major cities, following their impressive debut at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo earlier this year.
The showcase aims to give Indian consumers a closer look at VinFast’s sleek design language, rich feature set, and smart mobility capabilities.

The VinFast Electric SUV VF 7, built with the bold “Asymmetric Aerospace” aesthetic, and the VinFast Electric SUV VF 6, inspired by “Dualities in Nature,” both boast:
- Distinctive V-shaped LED light strips
- Panoramic sunroofs and spacious, modern interiors
- Driver-centric cockpits with large touchscreens
- Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
These features are crafted to appeal especially to India’s younger, eco-conscious demographic seeking a stylish, feature-rich EV experience.
VinFast’s India roadmap includes:
- Establishing a local EV manufacturing facility in Tamil Nadu
- Expanding a pan-India dealership and service network
- Partnering with local players such as Global Assure for after-sales service delivery
India’s rapidly growing EV market is a key target for VinFast, and these mall activations serve both as product showcases and brand touchpoints.
