Mumbai: Skoda Auto India sales have reached an all-time high in 2025, with the brand recording its best-ever annual and monthly performance within just ten months of the year.
Between January and October 2025, Škoda Auto India sold 61,607 cars, surpassing its previous full-year record of 53,721 units achieved in 2022.
Skoda Auto India Sales Achieve Record Monthly High in October 2025
October 2025 became a landmark month for the automaker as it posted its highest-ever monthly sales of 8,252 cars. This milestone caps a year of multiple records, including best-ever quarterly and half-yearly results.
The strong performance has been driven by the tremendous market response to the Kylaq – Skoda Auto India’s first sub-4m SUV – alongside sustained demand for the flagship luxury SUV Kodiaq, and the steady contribution of the Kushaq and Slavia.
The high-performance Octavia RS also created buzz, selling out within 20 minutes of launch.
Skoda Auto India Sales: A Milestone Year for 25th Anniversary
Commenting on the achievement, Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Škoda Auto India, said, “This milestone of our biggest sales ever is a testament to our strength of purpose, clarity of vision, and agility of execution. Our product offensive, culturally relevant communication, and network expansion have made our 25th year in India the biggest yet.”
Skoda Auto India sales has now achieved over 200,000 cumulative sales of locally produced models, including the Slavia, Kushaq, and Kylaq. Škoda Auto India currently operates 318 customer touchpoints across 180 cities, offering a comprehensive lineup that includes the Kylaq, Kushaq, Kodiaq, Slavia, and Octavia RS.
Skoda Auto India Sales: Strengthens Brand and Network Presence
Škoda Auto India’s ongoing transformation also includes complete rebranding of its entire dealership and service network in line with the company’s updated global corporate identity. India is the first market worldwide to complete this rebranding initiative.
The company continues to engage customers through innovative campaigns such as ‘I Love My Doda’, highlighting its ‘Fans, not Owners’ philosophy.
Commitment to Customer Trust and Experience
In line with its customer-first approach, Škoda Auto India plans to expand its sales and aftersales workforce by 50% to over 7,500 employees by the end of 2025. The company is also investing over 25,000 training days to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Further showcasing its community engagement, Škoda Auto India’s Fans of Škoda initiative saw 60 enthusiasts driving 28 Škoda cars to Umling La, setting a record for the largest convoy to reach the world’s highest motorable road, certified by the India and Asia Book of Records.
