Scania SUPER truck has officially been launched in India by Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt. Ltd., setting a new benchmark in fuel efficiency, torque performance, and uptime for mining, construction, and long-haul fleets.
The newly introduced Scania SUPER truck features a 13L advanced powertrain that delivers over 10% fuel savings compared to earlier models. Alongside reduced operating costs and lower emissions, the SUPER ensures greater reliability and uptime, making it ideal for India’s toughest operating conditions.
Scania SUPER Truck: First-in-Segment Gearbox and Fuel Optimisation Technology
The truck comes with a newly designed gearbox that produces torque ranging from 2800 Nm to 3800 Nm, ensuring smoother gear transitions and extended component life. In another segment-first, the SUPER’s innovative fuel optimisation system enables 97% of the fuel tank’s volume to be used, reducing turnaround times and maximising fleet efficiency.
