OneBYDInfiniteConnections: BYD India Offers Customers Exclusive Track Experience in China

New Delhi: BYD India, a subsidiary of BYD, the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) manufacturer, has announced the launch of OneBYDInfiniteConnections, a unique customer gratification programme that offers existing and new customers an opportunity to experience the heart of BYD’s innovation ecosystem in China.

The initiative enables selected participants to visit China’s first NEV-dedicated all-terrain test circuit, the BYD Track, located in Zhengzhou.

The OneBYDInfiniteConnections programme is designed to celebrate BYD customers as key contributors to the electric mobility movement.

As part of the initiative, participants will gain first-hand exposure to BYD’s advanced electric vehicle technologies and engineering capabilities at the state-of-the-art BYD Track, which showcases the brand’s focus on safety, performance, and real-world drivability.

OneBYDInfiniteConnections Showcases BYD Track Experience in China

The BYD Track in Zhengzhou is a purpose-built testing and demonstration facility featuring eight specialised experience zones, including an Indoor Sand Dune, Low-Friction Ring, Kick-Plate, Wading Pool, Dynamic Paddock, Race Track, Off-Road Park, and Camping Area.

These zones are designed to demonstrate key vehicle attributes such as braking precision, handling stability, acceleration performance, and overall safety across varied driving conditions.

Through this customer gratification programme, BYD India will select a group of customers to travel to China, visit BYD’s world-class facilities, drive vehicles at the BYD Track, and interact with experts involved in the company’s global innovation efforts.

The contest is open to all existing BYD India customers who currently own a BYD vehicle. Participants are invited to share their ownership journeys and creative expressions that reflect what it means to “Drive the Future” with BYD.

Entries can be submitted via the dedicated online portal between 12 December 2025 and 31 January 2026, using photos, videos, or written narratives.

Submissions will be assessed on creativity, originality, engagement, and alignment with BYD’s core values. The final winners will include both existing customers and new customers who purchase a BYD vehicle by 31 January 2026. Winners will be announced in February 2026, with the China visit scheduled for March 2026.

Commenting on the launch, Rajeev Chauhan, Head of Electric Passenger Vehicles Business at BYD India, stated that customers remain central to BYD’s journey in India.

He highlighted that the programme aims to celebrate customer loyalty, deepen engagement, and offer meaningful experiences that reflect BYD’s innovation-led approach and long-term vision for cleaner mobility.

The OneBYDInfiniteConnections programme will be promoted through BYD India’s official website, social media platforms, and dealer network across the country.

Customers can access updates through the official campaign portal and follow the hashtag #OneBYDInfiniteConnections.

Globally, BYD has sold over 14 million NEVs, contributing to the reduction of more than 121 billion kilograms of CO₂ emissions as of 30 November 2025.
