BYD India Crosses 10000 Customer Milestone with Strong EV Portfolio

New Delhi: BYD India, the subsidiary of New Energy Vehicle (NEV) leader BYD, has achieved a major milestone with the delivery of its 10,000th electric vehicle in India.

This landmark reflects the rising demand for clean mobility solutions, the company’s advanced EV technology, and its continued focus on supporting India’s transition towards a sustainable future.

The achievement underscores the growing trust Indian consumers place in BYD India’s electric vehicles. Beyond delivering cars, the company has developed a customer-first ecosystem through 44 dealership outlets across key cities, enhanced after-sales service, nationwide roadside assistance, and extended warranty programs.

BYD India Strengthens EV Ecosystem with Partnerships

BYD India has also collaborated with Relux Electric to provide convenient charging solutions, further enriching the EV ownership experience. These initiatives underline the company’s vision of building an accessible and reliable green mobility ecosystem in India.

Globally, BYD has sold more than 13 million NEVs, preventing over 106.52 billion kilograms of carbon emissions as of July 31, 2025 — equivalent to the carbon absorption of nearly 1.77 billion trees.

The company’s recognition among the Top 10 Most Valuable Global Automotive Brands by Kantar BrandZ for three consecutive years, with a brand value of USD 14.4 billion and a 43.6% YoY increase, highlights its global credibility.

The company’s EV lineup in India includes the BYD SEALION 7, BYD ATTO 3 eSUV, BYD eMAX 7 eMPV, and the BYD SEAL. Each model reflects the company’s dedication to innovation, performance, and environmental responsibility.
