Mumbai: All Time Plastics Limited, a leading manufacturer in India’s plastic houseware and industrial packaging sector, is launching its Initial Public Offering (All Time Plastics IPO) on Thursday, August 7, 2025. The IPO will close on Monday, August 11, 2025, with Anchor Investor bidding opening on August 6, 2025.

The All Time Plastics IPO price band is set between ₹260 and ₹275 per equity share (face value ₹2). Eligible employees will benefit from a special discount of ₹26 per share. The minimum lot size for retail investors is 54 shares, and bids must be placed in multiples thereof.

All Time Plastics IPO consists of:
  • A Fresh Issue of equity shares worth ₹2,800 million
  • An Offer for Sale (OFS) of 4,385,562 equity shares by promoters Kailesh, Bhupesh, and Nilesh Punamchand Shah

Proceeds from the Fresh Issue will be used for:

  • Repayment/prepayment of company borrowings (~₹1,430 million)
  • Capital expenditure for machinery and ASRS at the Manekpur facility (~₹1,137.14 million)
  • General corporate purposes

All Time Plastics IPO Allotment Details

  • 50% of the Net Offer is allocated to Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), including up to 60% for Anchor Investors
  • 15% is reserved for Non-Institutional Investors
  • 35% is set aside for Retail Individual Investors
  • 35,750 shares are allocated to eligible employees, with a ₹26 discount

All bidders, except anchor investors, must apply through the Application Supported by Blocked Amount (ASBA) process. UPI ID is mandatory for retail investors.

The equity shares are proposed to be listed on both BSE and NSE, with BSE designated as the lead stock exchange.

Offer Management

The IPO is managed by Intensive Fiscal Services Private Limited and DAM Capital Advisors Limited, acting as the Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs).
