Godrej Capital Taps Salesforce and Deloitte to Advance AI-Led Lending Infrastructure

Mumbai: Godrej Capital, the financial services arm of the Godrej Industries Group, has partnered with Salesforce, the global leader in AI-powered CRM, to integrate next-generation AI-led solutions across its lending operations.

Deloitte India joins the initiative as the implementation partner to ensure seamless execution and faster go-to-market outcomes.

This collaboration will implement Salesforce’s AI-powered Loan Origination System (LOS) across all of Godrej Capital’s subsidiaries, supplementing its existing AI-first technology stack and further optimizing digital onboarding, credit underwriting, and customer lifecycle management.

The initiative aims to deliver highly personalized, accurate, and agile lending experiences for customers across India.

AI at the Core of Lending Innovation

With the rollout of Salesforce’s AI capabilities, Godrej Capital is set to leverage real-time insights to enhance credit delivery, minimize manual processes, and streamline decision-making.

The integrated systems will provide a unified 360-degree view of customers across products and channels – enabling intelligent cross-selling, risk assessment, and customer engagement at scale.

Godrej Capital is also expanding its in-house GenAI capabilities through its enterprise platform SAKSHAM, which centralizes AI development, enables secure LLM integration, and supports scalable governance.

These efforts are helping the company transform key lending functions such as underwriting, customer onboarding, and servicing with minimal manual intervention.

Meanwhile, Salesforce continues to innovate through Agentforce, its enterprise AI agent platform that supports autonomous execution across business functions, further enhancing the capabilities of human teams and delivering faster, intelligent decisions.
