Abilities in Indus Battle Royale

Pune: SuperGaming has unveiled a major update to its flagship title with the introduction of Abilities in Indus Battle Royale, bringing a new level of personalization and strategy to the fast-growing Indo-Futuristic shooter.

This update lets players shape their own Mythwalkers through powerful gameplay-altering abilities, going beyond the usual mix of weapons and loot.

In line with Indus’s mobile-first design philosophy, Abilities are activated with a single tap, blending intuitive controls with deep tactical potential.

Abilities in Indus Battle Royale: Enhancing Gameplay Flexibility

Designed for both casual and competitive players, each Ability falls under one of four distinct gameplay archetypes – Intel, Support, Mobility, and Assault – and allows players to tailor their approach in every match.

At launch, four unique Abilities are available:

  • Hunter’s Instinct (Intel): Gain infrared vision for 20 seconds within a 150-meter radius to track enemies. Cooldown: 80s
  • Shield Dome (Support): Deploy a 400 HP energy shield that blocks incoming fire while allowing outgoing shots. Cooldown: 75s
  • Speed Run (Mobility): Dash in any direction, damaging enemies in your path. Cooldown: 85s
  • Deadeye (Assault): Equip a high-powered sidearm for 25 seconds with massive damage output. Cooldown: 80s

“Abilities in Indus Battle Royale are a natural next step in our mission to let players shape their own playstyle, outplay opponents, and make each match feel uniquely theirs,” said Roby John, CEO and Co-Founder of SuperGaming. “They bring strategic depth without sacrificing the speed and accessibility Indus is known for.”

In addition to Abilities, the update includes:

  • Anti-Gravity Spires: Floating obelisks scattered across Virlok that launch players into controlled redeployment dives – ideal for quick escapes, flanks, or zone repositioning.
  • Custom Rooms: A much-awaited feature that allows players to host private matches with control over game modes (Battle Royale or TDM), maps, team sizes, aim assist, spectator access, and more.

These updates showcase SuperGaming’s continued effort to evolve Indus Battle Royale as a community-first title, responding directly to player feedback and growing demand for tactical depth.

By introducing Abilities in Indus Battle Royale, SuperGaming enhances gameplay flexibility while expanding the creative sandbox for players – whether they are new to the game or veterans of Virlok.
