New Delhi: Infomerics Valuation and Rating Ltd, a prominent credit rating agency, has appointed Shubham Jain as the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Infomerics Ratings, effective June 9, 2025.
With nearly two decades of experience in credit ratings, fintech strategy, and institutional growth, Jain is expected to drive the company’s next phase of transformation.

Welcoming the new CEO, B K Bajaj, Managing Director of Infomerics, stated, “We believe Shubham Jain’s leadership will accelerate our mission to deliver credible and forward-looking credit rating solutions.

Before joining Infomerics, Shubham Jain held senior leadership roles at ICRA Limited and CredAvenue (now Yubi). At ICRA, he served as Group Chief Strategy Officer overseeing critical sectors like infrastructure, real estate, construction, and healthcare. At CredAvenue, as Chief Business Officer, he played a key role in launching innovative debt platforms tailored for infrastructure and real estate sectors.
