Bengaluru: Saviynt, a global leader in cloud-native identity and governance solutions, has released key insights from its latest survey under the Saviynt ISAA (Identity Security for the AI Age) program.
The study shows that 94% of cybersecurity professionals and students believe employers favor certified candidates, underscoring the growing importance of credentials in advancing cybersecurity careers amid a global talent crunch.
Saviynt ISAA Certification Program
To address this growing demand, Saviynt ISAA certification program, a free, globally accessible initiative was launched that equips learners with practical skills in identity security, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). The certification is designed to help professionals stay competitive and bridge the cybersecurity talent gap by building identity-aware, AI-ready security teams.
“Certifications today are more than just a badge — they equip professionals with real-world capabilities to thrive in a dynamic threat landscape,” said Shankar Ganapathy, Chief Operating Officer, Saviynt. “The ISAA certification gives learners a confidence boost and enables them to lead with verified, job-ready skills.”
The Saviynt ISAA survey, which collected responses from over 500 recent graduates and early-career professionals, found:
- 69% already hold a cybersecurity certification, showcasing strong demand for continual learning.
- 94% intend to pursue advanced credentials, viewing them as essential for career growth.
- 52% ranked AI/ML modules as extremely relevant to their learning goals.
- 64% said the ISAA certification increased their confidence in pursuing identity security roles.
In addition to launching the certification, Saviynt is collaborating with top universities in India and the U.S., integrating ISAA into academic curricula to build a robust pipeline of skilled cybersecurity talent from the grassroots level.
