New Delhi: Noel Tata is set to step down from his position as Vice-Chairman and Director of Titan Company Limited on November 12, 2026, following his 70th birthday.
The decision follows the Tata Group‘s governance policy, which sets 70 as the retirement age for Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors.
Titan informed the stock exchanges about the development through a filing dated November 5.
According to the company, Noel Tata’s departure will mark the end of his tenure as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director and Vice-Chairman of its board, effective November 12.
Noel Tata joined Titan’s board in March 2022. His association with the Tata Group, however, goes back more than 40 years, during which he has taken on several senior responsibilities within the conglomerate.
